Goals

Project implementation

Turning the client’s graphic design into a functional website, keeping it visually accurate and responsive.

Advanced filtering and search

Developing visual and table-based search features for apartments and commercial spaces, allowing real-time filtering without reloading the page.

CMS Integration

Creating an admin panel using WordPress and ACF, giving the client full control to edit texts, images, and manage apartment details.

Customization and personalization of contact forms

Implement automatic contact form filling for each apartment, making communication between potential buyers and the real estate office faster and more personalized.

Complex layout with advanced elements

Developing the website with a non-grid-based, complex layout that features custom-designed sections. This includes implementing advanced sliders for showcasing featured apartments and a sophisticated gallery system to provide a detailed visual presentation of the properties.

Implementation overview

The project started by coding the client’s design using HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP. The website was fully integrated with WordPress and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), enabling the client to easily manage content, images, and apartment information.

The visual search was built using SVG and JavaScript. Users could select building floors, view floor plans, and after clicking on an apartment, see its detailed layout along with a contact form. Additionally, the floor plan shifts based on mouse movement, allowing users to explore different parts of the floor by simply hovering and moving the mouse. All apartment details, such as availability status, could be edited directly in the CMS panel.

The table-based search used AJAX, allowing filtering by parameters like room count, floor, size, and availability. Results were displayed dynamically without page reloads. Clicking on any table row expanded the details, showing a pre-filled contact form with apartment information.

Both search methods were optimized for performance and responsiveness. The site was tested on multiple browsers to ensure full compatibility.
